Growing up on a farm, I know all too well that dogs get dumped in the country. Our farm was a safe haven for dogs and cats that needed new homes. Our Furry Friday dog this week was dumped in a rural area of Western Iowa. Peyton is now at Dogs Forever in Cedar Rapids and is looking for her forever home.

Peyton is around one and a half years old and is a Husky mix. She has those perky Husky ears but is a bit smaller in size. She was so sweet and gentle in studio with us, so it should come as no surprise that she gets along with everyone! Dogs, cats, kids, and anything in between! She just got up to date on her shots but still needs to be spade. She'll be ready for adoption in just a couple of weeks.

To get your application in and find out more about Peyton you can visit Dogs Forever in Cedar Rapids!
