A Popular Sweet Shop is Moving Out of Lindale Mall to a New Spot

A Lindale Mall sweet shop is making a big move this week!

According to a recent Facebook post, Sweetopia Emporium is leaving Lindale Mall behind for a new location. The business initially moved into the space right next to Hot Topic from the mall's food court in back in September of 2020, but now they're headed across the street!

Sweetopia will soon reopen at 1468 Twixt Town Road NE, Suite 1468 in the Collins Road Square shopping center next to Michael's. It's located inside the former Betty Jane Candies, which closed for good after sustaining damage during last August's derecho. Sweetopia is set to open the doors at their new spot this Friday, October 1st.

If you're not familiar with Sweetopia, they offer sweet treats like custom cakes, pies, customizable chocolates, cheesecakes, cupcakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, and more.
