Disliking Littering Is One Thing, But I Think This Woman Goes Way Too Far [VIDEO]

Seeing people litter makes me angry. I always wonder why they feel it necessary to make the world their ash tray or garbage can. After all, there are ashtrays for a reason. If those aren't big enough for the trash they need to dispose of, why not the passenger floor board or backseat floor board? My course of action? Mumbling to myself or hollering at them from inside my vehicle. Inside equals safe. This woman however... just watch and please don't try this.
