One of my New Year's Resolutions was to continue eating healthy and working out, so that one day I can be super fit! As you can see from the picture, I've been sticking to that so far. I've been taking kickboxing!

My gym offers kickboxing classes 2 nights a week, so I figured I would try it out a few weeks ago. This week I took both classes and it is a BRUTAL workout, but it's also really empowering! I like taking group fitness classes, because having other people in class with the same goals as me is a great motivator. Plus, I like being told exactly what to do and how to do it, so I know I'm getting the best workout possible. My hands are blistered and my entire body is horribly sore, but it's the good kind of sore! If you're trying to get fit, like me, I HIGHLY recommend taking some kickboxing classes!
