Cedar Rapids Schools Closed Through Wednesday

The Cedar Rapids School District announced that schools and district offices will be closed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday due to the flooding of the Cedar River. Some custodial, maintenance, and grounds employees will be reporting for work.

In a press release from the school district, officials say the are monitoring the flooding situation and will have an update for families with students affected by Wednesday afternoon.
