What a good sport!

Last Friday morning, Brain and I made our official Super Bowl bet on the air. We wanted to mix things up a bit, so I proposed that the winner of the bet would get to go shopping for the loser at Goodwill. Brain agreed. Today, he made good on that bet.

Because the Rams beat the Bengals (thank you, Matthew Stafford), I got to choose ANY outfit that I wanted from Goodwill for Brain to wear to work. I initially found some very bright Hawaiian shirts that I was interested in purchasing, but I figured that trying to pair them with a pair of pants would be a difficult task. Since I didn't want to guess Brain's pant size, I went over to the dress rack to check things out.

Goodwill had a variety of formal dresses, but I knew I would need to find something that Brain felt comfortable in (I'm not a monster). I found a silver, sparkly dress with a loose fit in a size XL, and I knew it would be perfect. But, because it was sleeveless, I thought he would need something to keep his shoulders warm (and prevent us all from seeing his back hair). I looked through the men's department for some sort of cardigan, but I couldn't find anything to match the dress, and I really wanted the look to come together. I ventured over to the women's department, where I found a black velvet blazer in a size 3X. BOOM. The outfit was complete.

$22 later, here is the full look that Brain served up this morning:

I think we can all agree that Brain really pulls it off! Shout to him for making good on his bet!
