Restaurant To Open First Eastern Iowa Location In Cedar Rapids
The former Metro Buffet location in Northeast Cedar Rapids will soon be home to the first Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers location in Eastern Iowa.
Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers opened its first location just a dozen years ago, but has well over 100 locations.
Joe Mailander from the City of Cedar Rapids' Developmental Services Office reports the restaurant's owners hope to get the foundation installed this fall and open the restaurant in the early spring of 2015.
