The Nike Caitlin 1 Goes on Sale October 1st: Here’s What to Know

Nike first signed Caitlin Clark and announced that she would get her own signature shoe in 2024. The two-year wait is almost over!  On October 1st, the Nike Caitlin 1 will be available for sale! Here is what you need to know if you want to get your hands on a pair!

Which Colors Will Be Available on October 1st?

Sneakerfiles reports that two colorways of the Caitlin 1 will be available for purchase on October 1st. The 'Racer Blue' and 'Warning Code' versions will go on sale for $140 for adult sizes, $115 for grade school, and $105 for preschool. You can find the shoes from Nike HERE. They will also be available at retailers like Foot Locker, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Scheels. But they will go FAST.

When Will Other Colors Of The Caitlin 1 Be Released?

It seems like Caitlin Clark is debuting new colors of her shoe every week! Here are the confirmed release dates so far.

One shoe that we don't have a release date for is the 'Iowa' colorway. Will that be a player exclusive? The entire state of Iowa would buy that shoe, so Nike better give us more information soon!

Are The Caitlin 1 Shoes Comfortable to Wear?

Early reviews are very positive, saying the Caitlin 1 has great traction on the court and is snug and comfortable to wear.  Here is the official review from Wear Testers on YouTube.

Yes, we had to wait forever, but I have to hand it to Nike. The colors and design of the Caitlin 1 are a home run, in this basketball shoe fan's opinion. The only downside to all the hype is that getting a pair is going to be tough, especially on release day. And don't even get me started on the prices you're going to see on eBay!
