98.1 KHAK First Responder Friday Salutes Craig Liscum
Each Friday morning at 6:30 a.m., 98.1 KHAK's Brain & Courtlin pay tribute to an eastern Iowa First Responder. The weekly honoree receives a $25 gift card to Wild Hogs Saloon and Eatery in Walford.
Today, we honor Craig Liscum. Here is what Craig's nomination said:
"Craig is a first responder for St. Lukes' Air Ambulance. In September 2020, my husband suffered a brain aneurysm. Craig helped save my husband's life not once, but twice. His quick action and care at our house, at St. Luke's, and two rides to Iowa City, enabled my husband to successfully survive his ordeal. We are eternally grateful for Craig's care!"
