Brain & Courtlin Introduce Their New Intern! [VIDEO]

Say hello to Intern Hannah!

KHAK has had quite a few interns in the three years that I've been here, but for a long time now, Brain and I have been trying really hard to get our own morning show intern. We were looking for a college student that is interested in radio, but also interested in getting up early (which is the hardest quality to find). Well, we have finally found our intern, and her name is Hannah!

Instead of me telling you about Hannah, I had her write up a little paragraph so that you could get to know her better:

Hey KHAK listeners! My name is Hannah and I'm the new intern for Brain and Courtlin in the morning! A little bit about me: I am a student at the University of Iowa studying Journalism and Mass Communications, I grew up around the suburbs of Chicago in a town called Batavia, I spend way to much time planning my dream wedding on Pinterest (I should probably chill out and get a boyfriend first, oops) and most importantly I am super stoked to join the KHAK crew. I'll be around on Wednesdays and Thursdays and can't wait to see how this summer unfolds!

Today was Hannah's very first day. She walked in the door, and ten minutes later we threw her on the air with us. She did great! We love her voice and we can't wait to have her on the air with us every week! We're also hoping she'll bring some fun college stories to the show since Brain and I are too old to know what the kids are up to these days.
