The study found that by weighing yourself everyday, it shows the connection between your eating habits and your weight. Researchers say use a spread sheet and track your weight. Doing this also helped reinforce exercise routines and healthy habits. The study also found that men were more successful with this method than women. It might be hard to look at, but you might want to start hopping up on that scale everyday!
