Five Illusionists Coming to Cedar Rapids For Holiday Show

Seeing magic in person is often mind-blowing and eastern Iowans will get the opportunity later this year. And it won't be just one illusionist that will do the show. There will be five.

As we prepare for temperatures in eastern Iowa to soar into the 90s every day next week, there's probably no more perfect time to think about the holidays than now. The Illusionists-- Magic of the Holidays is making its way to Cedar Rapids.

VenuWorks says The Illusionists-- Magic of the Holidays is "an all-new installment of the world-famous, blockbuster touring magic spectacular The Illusionists, from Producers Simon Painter, Cirque du Soleil and MagicSpace Entertainment. The new U.S. tour based off the smash-hit Broadway production is headed to more than 20 cities this holiday season and will bring the mind-blowing, family-friendly show."

*Note, at the end of the video a series of shows are mentioned that are not in Cedar Rapids.

The Illusionists-- Magic of the Holidays will play at the Paramount Theatre in downtown Cedar Rapids on Wednesday, November 15. Tickets go on sale on Friday, July 28 at 10 a.m. You can get ticket information and more details on the show here.
