Some DirecTV Customers In Iowa Missed Saturday Night’s Game

Some DirecTV customers in Iowa couldn't watch the Iowa Hawkeyes and Iowa State Cyclones do battle Saturday night at Kinnick Stadium.

Saturday night's Iowa-Iowa State rivalry game was televised by Big Ten Network. It was one of two prime time games the network carried that evening The other game was North Carolina at Illinois. Instead of being able to watch the Iowa/Iowa State game, some DirecTV customers in central Iowa only had access to the North Carolina/Illinois game. DirecTV offered a $3 discount to those affected.
