The Insane Inflatable 5k presented by GoDaddy is returning to Cedar Rapids on June 11! This year's event will be held at Hawkeye Downs and will feature beer! That's right -- beer. Whether you enjoy some brews before or after all of the bouncing, jumping, and sliding around is up to you.

If you don't have a group to go with, or if you and some friends are looking to join a bigger team, you can register for one of our KHAK DJ's waves. (Psst! I strongly encourage you sign up for mine).
