Iowans Reveal Their Weirdest/Worst Christmas Gifts

We've all been there: it's Christmas and you're excitedly opening up a gift, just to find out it's not even kind of close to what you wanted. So you put on a smile and say thank you, all while thinking, "what the HECK am I supposed to do with this?!"

I take a lot of pride in my ability to find the perfect gift, and that's probably because I stress out about it so much. I had to give my best friend a birthday AND Secret Santa gift this past weekend, and I worked on finding the right items for almost a month. If I get someone a gift and they don't absolutely LOVE it, I feel like a failure. I definitely didn't get my gift-giving genes from my dad, who bought my mom a vacuum for Christmas one year. She didn't ask for one.
