Cooper DeJean is returning to Iowa and is bringing some of his famous NFL friends with him!

Cooper DeJean had himself quite a rookie season in the NFL. After being drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles, DeJean eventually became a starting corner for Philly. He helped solidify a defense that took the team all the way to the Super Bowl. DeJean would then prove the big stage was where he was meant to be!

The Eagles would go on to beat the Chiefs and DeJean was a Super Bowl champion as a rookie! Now, Cooper is returning to his home state for a special celebrity softball game!

The Des Moines Register reports that DeJean has teamed up with Octane Sports for an All-Star celebrity softball game at Principal Park in Des Moines. The Register reports that DeJean and former Hawkeye and current Denver Bronco cornerback Riley Moss will each be a team captain. Participants in the game will include Philadelphia Eagle players AJ Brown, Reed Blankenship, and Isiah Rogers. Moss will be joined by Denver players Bo Nix, Wil Lutz, Alex Singleton, and Mike McGlinchey according to the Register.   Tickets can be purchased at IowaCubs.com and start at $14.50 for general admission tickets.
