What's the best thing that happened to you in 2016?

It can be big or small, serious or funny... whatever!

• Courtlin - The best thing that happened to me this year is that I stuck with my New Year's resolution and learned to play guitar. I've been wanting to learn for a super long time, and after a few years of starting lessons and then just not having the time or money to keep up with them, I was finally able to make it work (I have a LOT of free time now that I live in Iowa!). After about 8 months of lessons and 12 months of practice, I'm starting to get the hang of things. I'm still not very good, but I can play songs and have them be recognizable, so it's a start!

• Brain - The best thing that happened in 2016? Taking a family vacation! Sure there were some trying moments, but the sights we got to see like Mount Rushmore and the Badlands were worth it!
