Back to School in Iowa [GALLERY]

Since school began for many students in Iowa this week, we asked parents to send in those traditional 'first day of school' pictures!

As a kid you probably hated them, but as an adult you probably love them! Many parents have continued the tradition of taking pictures of their kids on the first day of school every year, despite protest from their children. They'll appreciate them when they're older! I know I do!
