we've determined our Cedar Rapids yard cannot safely accommodate the general public when #UP4014 arrives Tuesday. We apologize to those who planned to see the Big Boy, but we hope everyone can watch as it passes through town."

You can still see it from the pedestrian area along the Edgewood Road SW overpass. It is scheduled to arrive at 5:15 p.m. tonight and departs town again tomorrow at 9 a.m.

You can make another go of it tomorrow with a road trip to see it as it stops in Belle Plaine, Marshalltown, Elkhart, and Des Moines
