Wisconsin junior guard Brad Davison has been suspended for one game by the Big Ten Conference. The Cedar Rapids Gazette reports that the suspension stems from Davison's flagrant foul against Iowa on Monday night.

Davison will miss the Badger's game against #14 Michigan State on Saturday. Davison hit Iowa guard Connor McCaffery in the groin area and pulled his leg after McCaffery set a screen in the final minute of Iowa's win over Wisconsin. There was no foul called on the play initially as Joe Wieskamp scored on the play. But during the Wisconsin timeout, referees watched a video of the play and determined the flagrant foul.

Davison had a similar incident against Marquette last season and also got into it with a Minnesota player last February. Connor McCaffery said that Davison's reputation is that of a dirty player, saying "He's the type of player, unfortunately, who feels the need to do that stuff."

More bad news came for Wisconsin on Wednesday as starting Kobe King announced he was leaving the school, saying he was disappointed with the direction of the team.
