What are the Best Food Trucks in the Corridor? [PHOTOS]
There are lots of great area food trucks that you need to check out this summer!
We told you a few weeks ago about a new food truck arriving in Eastern Iowa this spring called That's So Cheesy. The truck will be out and about beginning in May and will serve up gourmet grilled cheese, soup, edible cookie dough, and more. But, That's So Cheesy is just one of MANY food trucks that you will see here in the Corridor these next few months. There are so many great places to try!
This week, I asked Eastern Iowans on the Cedar Rapids Area Support Local Group on Facebook to share their favorite area food truck with me. More than 50 people responded! Here are their recommendations:

My coworker Brain recently tried the Sugar Addicts Mini Donuts truck when it was parked over at Lindale Mall and ordered the Elvis, which was topped with a peanut butter and banana glaze. He absolutely LOVED it!
