A New Grilled Cheese Food Truck is Coming to Eastern Iowa

A new food truck that serves one of the ultimate comfort foods will be making its way around the area this summer!

That's So Cheesy is a new Eastern Iowa-based food trailer that will be serving up gourmet grilled cheeses in the very near future. The official Facebook page for the business popped up back in January with a bit of information for future customers. That's So Cheesy is owned and operated by Morgan Ruhl and Meghan Riden and will be out and about at "private events, pop ups around CR or other requested areas, festivals, and anywhere that there are hungry mouths to feed." In addition to the gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, the food trailer will also serve sides, soups, chips, and edible cookie dough!

As of right now, we don't have an official menu from That's So Cheesy, but we do know of a few of the sandwiches they will be serving:

• Mozzarella and Sun-dried Tomato Pesto Spread on Sourdough Bread
• American, Pepper Jack, Mild Cheddar, or Swiss on Texas Toast Bread
• Turkey, Brie, and Cranberry Relish Spread on Sourdough Bread

Some of the other cheeses that the food trailer will have on-hand include gouda and colby jack. We can't wait to see what else they have come up with!

That's So Cheesy plans to be operational this month. In fact, they have an inspection coming up today (April 12th)! We are keeping our fingers crossed that we will see them out and about very soon. For the latest updates from That's So Cheesy, you can follow the official Facebook page HERE.
