If you think about it, we've got it pretty good here in eastern Iowa. The website Livability.com agrees and proves it by recently listing two eastern Iowa cities and five Iowa cities overall on their list of the "Top 100 Best Places To Live in America."

Iowa City came in at #10 on the list.  The website looks at several variables when it compiles its "livability list."  The website lists the arts and entertainment scene in Iowa City as one of the major reasons it landed in the top 10 for 2015.  As for Cedar Rapids, it came at #65 - which ain't too shabby at all.  The industry sectors and availability to healthcare helped Cedar Rapids with its ranking.  Other Iowa cities that made the top 100 on the "livability list" include Ames, West Des Moines, and Des Moines.
