And that's according to the oldest woman in the world, so it could be true!

Emma Morano is a tiny woman living in Verbania, Italy, who just happens to be 116-years-old. It was confirmed this week by the Guinness World Records that Morano is now the oldest living person in the world! She was born on November 29, 1899, which means she is the only living person to see three centuries.

Back in 2015, Morano said in an interview with the New York Times that she attributes her long life to her diet and relationship status. She has been eating three raw eggs everyday since she was a teenager, because that's what a doctor told her to do for anemia. She's now down to two raw eggs a day, but I'd say it's still working pretty well (if you do the math, that means she's consumed about 100,000 eggs in her life. WOW.) She also never remarried after the end of her unhappy marriage in 1938. She says she had many suitors, but she "didn’t want to be dominated by anyone.”

So there you have it! Stay single and eat lots of raw eggs, and maybe you too can live to be 116!
