The Marion BBQ Rendezvous Is Returning In 2023

If you're a fan of ribs, brisket, and all things BBQ you'll want to get to Marion again this spring! The Marion Kiwanis BBQ Rendezvous is back for another delicious year.

This year's event will take place on Saturday, June 3rd at the Klopfenstein Amphitheater in Marion. The event is hosted by the Marion Kiwanis Club. This is an event for the entire family and the best part is it is FREE to attend! You'll be able to try amazing food from eight BBQ vendors from around the region. They'll also be several non-BBQ food vendors on hand, guaranteeing they'll be something for everyone! Here are the vendors who will be cooking in Marion!

The BBQ Rendezvous is about more than just food, it's about entertainment! Three bands will take the stage on June 3rd including the Surf Zombies, Retro Rockits, and The Janeys. They'll be other activities too that day including face painting for the kids. Another great part about this event is that it is a fundraiser for the Kiwanis Miracle Field at Prospect Meadows.

The Kiwanis Miracle Field at Prospect Meadows is a safe field and environment for kids of all ages with disabilities to play baseball and have fun! The BBQ Rendezvous will help pay the $300,000 mortgage on the field. So grab the family and head to Marion this June for some fantastic BBQ for an even better cause.
