According to a survey by the Physical Activity Council, Americans are the laziest they've been since 2007. 28% of Americans did ZERO of the following exercises in the last year. That's roughly 38 MILLION AMERICANS. And, one of those exercises is simply walking for fitness. Brain and I decided to go over the list and see if we fall into that 28%. Luckily, we don't.
