Rodney Atkins To Play 2022 Linn County Fair

Fair season 2022 is heating up again as this morning we announce that country star Rodney Atkins is bringing his talents to the Linn County Fair in Central City!

Rodney Atkins has been cranking out country hits since the early 2000s and has six number one country singles to his credit. His songs are a part of modern country music! Who hasn't sang along to songs like 'If You're Going Through Hell', 'Watching You', 'These Are My People', 'Cleaning This Gun', 'It's America', and 'Take a Back Road'. All number one singles! His most recent hit was 2018's 'Caught Up in the Country'.

What makes Rodney's music so great? Like so much of country music, it is relatable. Who can't relate to the dad trying to get his kid to eat all his nuggets in 'Watching You'. As a father of daughters, I can now relate to the lyrics of 'Cleaning This Gun' a bit more than I used to!

Rodney Atkins will play the Linn County Fair in Central City on June 24th, 2022 at 7 p.m. Tickets for his show will go on sale on Cyber Monday, November 29th, HERE. Tickets are $20 per person if you buy yours prior to June 1st, 2022. VIP tickets will also be available and kids five and under get in for free.
