A Nostalgic New Music & Movie Store Has Opened at Lindale Mall

A new store that sells new and used music and movies has opened in Cedar Rapids, just in time for the holiday season! Razzle Dazzle is now welcoming customers inside of Lindale Mall.

About Razzle Dazzle

Located across from Torrid, Razzle Dazzle is a physical media store offering "new and used CDs, DVDs, VHS, cassette tapes, Blu-rays, and vinyl records." They also purchase music and movies from customers, which you can read more about HERE.

Another cool aspect of Razzle Dazzle is Razz Dazz Weekly, a "playlist series providing a gateway into what's playing overhead at the shop." You can check out the weekly list of featured songs on their website HERE, or follow along on Spotify HERE.

Here are Razzle Dazzle's daily hours and deals, as listed on their official website:

• Friday: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Value Discs = $1)
• Saturday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Value Discs = 2/$1)
• Sunday: 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Value Discs = 2/$1)
• Monday & Tuesday: 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. (Value Discs = 4/$1)

Other New Lindale Mall Additions

According to the store directory on their website, Razzle Dazzle isn't the only new store at Lindale Mall! Here are some of the other businesses that have recently opened or are planning to open in the coming months:

Handmade Holiday Store

A temporary seasonal shop full of handmade goods called Handmade Holiday Store returned to Lindale Mall ahead of the holiday season on November 1st. The store features all sorts of gifts and decor from local artisans and businesses, including Tabor Home Winery, Beau Laundry Co., The Blue Strawberry, Doggone Tasty Treat Company, Elsie's Kitchen, Kalico Kreations, LineDrive Outfitters, and more. Auntie Anne's

Back in September, it was announced that, after almost 18 years, Pretzelmaker would be leaving Lindale Mall. Taking over the space is Auntie Anne's, another soft pretzel chain and shopping mall staple. Auntie Anne's hasn't opened their Lindale location just yet, but the website says they're expected to begin welcoming customers sometime this month (December 2025).

I Love Mochi

If you've been to Coral Ridge Mall in Coralville in the last year or so, then you may have spotted a vendor by the name of I Love Mochi. The food vendor opened in October of 2024 and offers items like mochi donuts and ice cream, Korean corn dogs, chicken poppers, and fruit lemon splashes.

According to Lindale Mall's website, I Love Mochi is going to be opening a new location early next year here in Cedar Rapids! There are no additional details at this time, other than the fact that it's expected to open in February of 2026. We can't wait! I've tried their donuts and their Korean corn dogs, and I'm a BIG fan.

Dick's House of Sport

And finally, we have Dick's House of Sport. If you drive by the 1st Ave side of Lindale Mall, you can see that construction on Dick's House of Sport is well underway. It's going into the space that was previously home to Sears, which has sat empty since 2018. According to an article from the Cedar Rapids Gazette:

"In addition to a full line of sports equipment, the new Dick’s House of Sport will include an outdoor year-round, multiuse field, wall climbing, golf simulator, and other amenities."

As of right now, Lindale Mall's website says that Dick's House of Sport is expected to open in June of 2026.
