Debra Cruise-Gulyas is a real piece of work. She gets pulled over for speeding and the cop gives her a citation. The cop gives her a break by writing her up for a lesser offense and hands her a ticket.

As the lady is driving away she give the cop a middle finger...you know, kind of like "thanks a lot, ya' chump"

...and so the cop pulls her BACK OVER and writes her up for the full infraction!

Now, a Michigan court has ruled that her "expression" is protected in the Constitution as  "FREE SPEECH"

Wow! Whatever happened to good manners?

KCRG reports "a federal appeals court says a Michigan woman's constitutional rights were violated when she was handed a speeding ticket after giving the finger to a suburban Detroit officer in 2017. In a 3-0 decision Wednesday, a federal appeals court said Taylor Police Officer Matthew Minard "should have known better," even if the driver was rude...

...the decision means a lawsuit by Debra Cruise-Gulyas can proceed."

Wait, what? Now she is filing a lawsuit?

Give me a break!
