Two men have been charged in the 2018 murder of 31-year-old Christopher Bagley of Walker, Iowa.

According to a release from the Linn County Sheriff's Office, a Linn County grand jury has indicted 32-year-old Drew A. Blahnik on charges of Murder in the 1st Degree, Obstructing Prosecution, and Abuse of a Corpse.

Christopher Bagley left his home in Walker late in the evening of December 13, 2018. His body was recovered in the back yard of a home in southeast Cedar Rapids on March 1, 2019. An autopsy revealed that he had died from multiple stab wounds.

KCRG reports that in a detention hearing for another man earlier this year, a federal prosecutor said Blahnik was the person who killed Christopher Bagley. No formal charges in Bagley's death were announced against Blahnik until today.

Blahnik is being held in the Linn County Jail on a $1 million cash-only bond. No further information on additional criminal charges, in this case, has been revealed.

Friday, authorities revealed they've also levied a murder charge against Drew Wagner, below, in the case. Federal agents believe Wagner was fighting with Christopher Bagley when he was stabbed to death by Drew Blahnik. Wagner has been charged with Murder in the 1st Degree, Preventing Apprehension, and Abuse of a Corpse in connection with Bagley's death.

Two other men face charges related to the case. Paul Hoff, who owned the home where Bagley's body was found, has been charged with abuse of a corpse and obstructing prosecution.

In September, Andy Shaw of Cedar Rapids pleaded guilty to using drugs with in possession of a rifle and shotgun. Court documents in that case said Shaw was involved in Bagley's death. Shaw is awating sentencing. He faces a fine up to $250,000 and up to ten years in prison.
