Last Friday morning was a normal one on a school bus in the Forest City school district. That is until Martin Tindall aimed at the bus and fired.

In court records obtained by KIMT, the 32-year-old Tindall has admitted "he was shooting his air rifle towards the school bus."

Around 7:40 Friday morning, police report the bus was traveling its normal route when a pellet broke out one of the back windows of the bus. The pellet landed in the hair of a female passenger. Can you imagine the panic? Thank goodness no one was injured by flying glass, or the pellet itself.

Tindall has been charged with a felony (Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon) and third-degree criminal mischief. He was held on a $2,000 cash bond at the Winnebago County Jail but has since bonded out according to Vinelink. He's scheduled to appear in court this Friday morning in Forest City, at the Winnebago County Courthouse.
