Former Iowa Hawkeye center Logan Jones would probably tell you that being drafted by the Chicago Bears in the second round of the NFL Draft is prize enough. But the former Hawkeye walked away with something else thanks to his unique draft position.

Logan Jones Gets a Special Prize

The city of Pittsburgh hosted the 2026 NFL Draft, and former Iowa center Logan Jones fulfilled a dream in hearing his name called in the second round on Friday night. The Des Moines Register reports that the Chicago Bears made him the 57th pick overall. Have you made the connection yet? Pittsburgh? 57th pick? Yes, Logan Jones, congratulations! You've just won a lifetime supply of ketchup from Heinz!

Pittsburgh is the Home of Heinz Ketchup

The Register reports that Kraft Heinz's headquarters are located in Pittsburgh and is celebrating its 157th year of business, the same year the city hosted the NFL Draft. Jones will reportedly get all that ketchup and an official 'Mr. 57' jacket. It has to be red, right?

The Register notes that Jones will join another Chicago Bear all-time great in the 57th pick club. Hall of Fame wide receiver and kick returner Devin Hester was also picked number 57 in the 2006 NFL Draft. Hester has a jacket of his own. A gold one that he received after being inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame.

Good luck in Chicago, Logan! And enjoy all that ketchup!
