Linn-Mar is Home to Our KHAK ‘Teacher of the Week’ Winner!

Happy Friday! It's time to honor another fantastic educator here in Eastern Iowa, and that teacher is Lisa Loftin-Bugenhagen!

Lisa is a foreign language teacher at Linn-Mar High School in Marion, and she was nominated by Jill Silver. Her entry says:

"Lisa Loftin is one of the best teachers due to how she cares for students' academics and personal lives. If anyone needs help, she is there and always ready to listen and help in any way. She has impacted my life tremendously with all what she has done, and has prepared me for college and what to expect. She makes school a fun and cheerful place! She is not your average teacher, she’s the best a student could get!"

For being so great at her job, Lisa will be receiving a free massage or facial from Massage Heights, plus gift cards to Half Price Books and Wild Hogs in Walford!
