The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children has sent us an alert for a child that was taken by his parents more than a month ago. She was seen, with her parents, earlier this week in Iowa.

Dakota Ray was taken by her parents William and Jessica Ray on April 15 in Camden, South Carolina. The release states that law enforcement believes William and Jessica are heavy users of methamphetamine and "law enforcement is concerned for the child's wellbeing."
