*Furry Friday is sponsored by Theisen's Home, Farm, Auto.

Sometimes in the world of pets, it can be hard to determine if someone is a girl or a boy. Some animals just don't want you looking at the undercarriage so to speak. That was the issue that our friends at SAINT Cat Rescue in Cedar Rapids had with Fred. Fred is a beautiful grey and white kitten. They tried to find out Fred's 'status' but he was not willing to share. So Fred it was. It turns out that they should have went with Fredricka.

Fred is a girl, and it turns out he has a sister named Ethel. They're both up for adoption this week on a Furry Friday. Fred and Ethel are around 14 weeks old. Ethel is mostly black but has some speckles of white mixed in too. They're young and love to play as most cats do when they're that age. But they also love to cuddle up when they settle down. If you want to bring these girls home, you'll need to take both. They're sisters and they want to stay together!
