Brain & Courtlin’s ‘First Responder Friday’ Honors Meradith Jasper

Every Friday morning at 6:30 a.m., Brain & Courtlin pay tribute to an Eastern Iowa first responder during their 'First Responder Friday' segment! The weekly honoree receives a $25 gift card to Wild Hogs Saloon and Eatery in Walford and a $25 gift card to Honor and Respect.

Today we're honoring Meradith Jasper, who was nominated by Julie Jasper! The entry reads:

"Meradith has been an EMT in Linn County for over 6 months. She helps keep our community safe and healthy, one person at a time. For her, this isn’t work... it’s fun! She’ll tell you everyday, 'even the hard days are worth going to work for.'"
