Nothing is more American than a hot dog. So what could be better than grilling up some today in honor of National Hot Dog Day! I am a hot dog lover. I love them with any kind of topping you can think of. Ketchup, mustard, relish, onions, chili and cheese. Pile it on! There are several nationwide chains offering $1 hot dogs including 7-Eleven and Sonic. But you can also get dollar dogs at any Hy-Vee Gas and get an Eisenberg hot dog for just one dollar!
