Drake Relays Begin With ‘Beautiful Bulldog Contest’

The Drake Relays officially got underway Sunday with the 'Beautiful Bulldog' contest. 45 bulldogs got dressed up for the occasion and competed for the title! It was the 37th year for the contest.

The winner was a 60 pound rescued English Bulldog named Vincent. He lives just up the street from the stadium where the relays will be held later this week. Vincent will now serve as the official mascot of this year's relays.
