DEVELOPING STORY: Police Evacuate Cobblestone in Waterloo

[ORIGINAL STORY] Waterloo Police have evacuated an apartment complex in Waterloo. Waterloo police and tactical teams are involved in an apparent standoff at the Cobblestone apartments. This is a developing story, and we have a reporter on the scene. We can also confirm that as of 9 am,  Ansborough Avenue south of Ridgeway was closed in both directions.

KWWL reports that at least one person was taken from the scene in an ambulance.
