When one of my favorite artists comes out with a new album, one of my favorite things to do is go on a long car ride and listen to every single song on the album, in order. The songs chosen for singles are always great, but there are usually a few songs on the album that are absolutely amazing that just never make their way to country radio. Those are the songs we want to talk about.

I have quite a few deep cuts from various country artists that I think everybody should know about. Maren Morris' album Hero is one of my favorite albums ever, but if I had to pick one or two songs that I think people should listen to, they would have to be "Sugar" and "Drunk Girls Don't Cry." I am also absolutely obsessed with the song "Runnin' Just in Case" by Miranda Lambert. The lyric "Happiness ain't prison, but there's freedom in a broken heart," gets me EVERY TIME. Finally, Keith Urban's song "Your Body" off his album Ripcord is one of the best, in my opinion. It's super catchy and has a great beat.

Brain recommends that everybody listen to "These Boots" by Eric Church, "Song for Dad" by Keith Urban, and "Hope the High Road" by Jason Isbell. Here are a few suggestions from KHAK listeners:
