Cyclones Set To Tipoff Tonight At 8:40
The Iowa State Cyclones continue their journey in the NCAA men's basketball tournament tonight. The Cyclones, a #5 seed, will take on the Big Ten champions Purdue, a #4 seed, in Milwaukee.
Iowa State is coming off an 84-73 win over Nevada Thursday evening. Purdue survived a scare from Vermont and pulled away late in the game for an 80-70 win. Tonight's game will feature the quickness and run & gun style Iowa State is known for against a very tall Purdue team that features strong inside play.
Tonight's winner will advance to Kansas City next week to take on the winner of Kansas/Michigan State.
The odds makers in Vegas aren't sure who will win. No point spread is listed so the game is a pick 'em.
You can watch the game tonight at 8:40, Iowa time, on TBS.
