A lot of people have probably given up on their New Year's resolutions at this point in the year... but not me! I watched another movie this weekend off my movie list to close out week 11. It's a 90s classic depitcting the 70s - Dazed and Confused (1993).

I'll start out by saying that I LOVED it. I always love a good movie about high school partying. I think that the best thing about the movie is that there was really no plot. There were like, 20 main characters, and nobody had any real, serious life problems. Aside from the paddling. That didn't look too fun. I remember when I was headed to high school I was TERRIFIED of getting paddled. We always heard rumors of it, but obviously nothing ever happened. A little bit different than the movie!

Overall, it was a very fun, carefree flick. And the cast was great! So many actors I knew - Ben Affleck, Joey Lauren Adams, Milla Jovovich, Adam Goldberg, Matthew McConaughey - it was hilarious! The syle was also fantastic. Those pants! THAT HAIR. Amazing!

I do have a question though - Is this the movie where the, "Alright, alright, alright," started?! Because when I heard it, I was like, "WAIT A MINUTE." Also, did people really get paddled in the 70s? These are serious questions! :)

Do you have any movie suggestions for me? Leave them below!
