Cedar River in Cedar Rapids Continues Its Climb [VIDEO/PHOTOS]

The waters of the Cedar River are flying through Cedar Rapids, carrying debris and great danger with them. One woman was rescued from a tree earlier today. We encourage you to stay away from the water. It holds incredible danger. Here's some of the photos and video we took earlier today, keeping our safety as the top priority.
