Brett Eldredge Brought His Dog Out on Stage in Moline [VIDEO]
Anybody that knows me knows that I am absolutely, 100% in love with Brett Eldredge. I even proposed to him with a Ring Pop one time (not my finest moment, but at least it was memorable).
This weekend, Brett Eldredge, Blake Shelton, Carly Pearce, and Trace Adkins all graced the stage at the TaxSlayer Center in Moline, but none of those artists were the highlight of the show for me. As much as I love Brett, my favorite part was when Edgar Boogie came out on stage. Who is Edgar? Only the most adorable dog on the planet (aside from my Charles)! Just look at this sweet face:
Edgar is Brett Eldredge's Weizsla, which is a hybrid between a Weimaraner and the Vizsla. He travels the road with Brett, and before this I only saw him in real life once, when we were backstage at the Iowa State Fair. I've heard that he will occasionally bring Eddie out on stage to do tricks, but this weekend was the first chance I've had to witness it firsthand. Brett brought Edgar out towards the end of his set on Friday and I LOST IT. Fair warning: you may want to watch this video with the sound off, because my voice is going to make you want to punch me in the face:
Unfortunately, I didn't get to do a meet & greet with Edgar this weekend, but I did get to meet Brett for the fourth time! And in case you're wondering, yes, I did black out and say embarrassing things (per usual).
