Bennett Community School is Home to Our ‘Teacher of the Week’

It's Friday, which means it's time for us to crown a new KHAK 'Teacher of the Week!' Karen Mackey, a preschool teacher at Bennett Community School in Bennett, Iowa, is this week's honoree. Karen was nominated by Ryan Beatty, who kept their entry short and sweet! Here's what it says:

"Mrs. Mackey helps each individual preschooler learn the ropes of going to school and taught my daughter to write her name in the first month."

For being such a wonderful teacher, Karen will be receiving a free massage or facial from Massage Heights, as well as $25 gift cards to Kathy's Pies, Half Price Books, and Wild Hogs Saloon and Eatery in Walford.
