Are you ready for 'The Netflix Tax'? I hadn't heard of it either until another state recently passed the tax. Pennsylvania became the latest state to charge a tax on streaming movies, videos and music.

The state's 6 percent sales tax will now be extended to services like Netflix, Hulu, Spotify and other online services. It also includes ebooks, music, ringtones and apps.

The tax will be triggered when an account uses a Pennslyvania billing address.

Are you in favor of taxing your online accounts? Should Iowa consider this tax?
