Following in Burger King's footsteps, another fast food place is beginning to offer pulled pork sandwiches this summer.

A McDonald's pulled pork sandwich was spotted in Butler, Indiana, after one of their locations posted a tweet about the new item. The sandwich features pulled pork and barbecue sauce on a sesame seed bun with pickles. This comes shortly after Burger King released their Extra Long Pulled Pork sandwich, made up of pulled pork in barbecue sauce on a hoagie bun with pickles and onions. While Burger King's version of the sandwich is currently available all over, McDonald's has not commented on whether their sandwich will be leaving Indiana.

Personally, I'm not really on-board with fast food pulled pork. I think it's a nice idea, but it just doesn't appeal to me. Plus, I'm not a fan of the McRib, and I feel like this is probably pretty similar tasting.

Have you tried Burger King's pulled pork? Would you try it at McDonald's? Leave your opinion in the comments!
