I rarely will go out and buy a Powerball ticket. My wife and I usely only play when the jackpots get really big. Yes, I know the odds are not in my favor but we all like to dream about what it would be like to have more money than Taylor Swift. The dream is still alive. No one matched all the numbers during Wednesday night's Powerball drawing so the jackpot is growing. $550 million by Saturday night.

Just because no one matched all the winning numbers doesn't mean you didn't win anything. The Iowa Lottery says that 6 tickets nationwide won $1 million prizes so check those tickets!

There was also no winner in the Mega Millions drawing meaning that jackpot is up to $418 million for Friday night's drawing. This is the first time that both the Mega Millions and Powerball jackpots have been over $400 million at the same time.

So go out and get your tickets. Spend responsibly because the odds aren't good my friends. Odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are 1 in 292 million, and Mega Millions is 1 in 302 million. But there IS a chance. That's why I only buy one ticket. If it's meant to happen, one is all it will take. If you don't hear me on the air Monday now you'll know why!
