Our Latest ‘Teacher of the Week’ Winner Hails From Manchester

It's Friday, and that means it's time to crown another KHAK 'Teacher of the Week!' This week's honoree is Jessie Allan, a special education teacher at West Delaware High School in Manchester. Jessie was nominated by Dawn Starnes, and she wrote:

"Jessie is an amazing teacher! She teaches skills at the high school my son attends. She does EVERYTHING she can to keep the kids engaged and learning! My son would not be graduating in May if it wasn't for her. She has NEVER given up on him or any other student. She pushes them to be better than what they think they can be and because of this, my son will graduate on time! Mrs. Allan deserves this more than anyone I know!!!!"

For being such an excellent teacher, Jessie will be receiving a free massage or facial from Massage Heights, plus $25 gift cards to Wild Hogs and Half Price Books.
