Matt Kenseth found out Tuesday that NASCAR would suspend him 2 races and place him on suspension for a 6 month period. There was still an outside chance that he could appeal NASCAR's decision and The National Motorsports Appeals Panel expedited Kenseth's appeal of his NASCAR penalty to today.

Kenseth found out late this afternoon that he will be suspended from NASCAR until the completion of the next two NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Championship Events and placed on NASCAR probation through December 31, 2015.

No word yet on who will be behind the wheel of the #20 car this weekend in Texas.
